Hi, I’m Jessica, a certified infant and child sleep consultant, mum of three, and someone who truly understands how exhausting broken sleep can be.
I’ve spent over 25 years supporting children and families as an Early Childhood Educator and nanny, working with families across Australia and Internationally. Long before sleep consulting became my work, it was already something I was deeply immersed in - both professionally and personally.
A mum who gets it
As a mother of three, I know firsthand that sleep challenges can bring up doubt, guilt and exhaustion. I know how heavy nights can feel when sleep is a memory and exhaustion has become your baseline. I understand what it’s like to second guess everything you do.
My goal is to help you feel reassured, empowered and confident — not judged or overwhelmed.

I believe restorative sleep is essential for both children and parents. When sleep is off, everything feels harder; emotions run higher, patience runs thinner, and days can feel overwhelming. My role is to help bring calm, confidence and rest back into your home. .

My approach is responsive and gentle, grounded in science and evidence-based research but always delivered with compassion, ensuring your little one feels safe and loved while learning to sleep.
Every child, every family and every season of life is different, which is why I create tailored sleep plans that fit your baby, your parenting style, and your family rhythm.
I look at the whole picture, from nutrition and environment to your child’s specific personality. Your baby isn’t a textbook, they are unique, and your sleep plan will be too.
